One-Day Workshop: Cozy Winter Mug Instructor: Sheri Fiolek Date: Sunday, November 8th Time: 2:30pm - 4:00pm Location: Washington Street Studios Pottery School Join our Cozy Winter Mug pottery workshop and craft a one-of-a-kind mug to brighten chilly days, choosing from two seasonal mug styles or designing your own by hand-building. No experience is required—you’ll learn essential skills like slab rolling, joining, and decorating, with expert guidance. All supplies are included, and your piece will be bisque- and glaze-fired and returned within 4 weeks. Open to ages 16+ (or 10-15 with a participating parent). This makes a thoughtful holiday gift for someone special, too. What to Expect: - Hands-on Instruction: Learn to create a ceramic mug using templates, and a variety of texture tools. - Personalized Pieces: Your creations will be glazed in a color of your choice, ensuring you have permanent mementos of your experience. - Finished Products: After the firing and glazing process (about 4 weeks), your pieces will be ready for pickup. You’ll be notified of available pick-up times.
