If you're traveling to the area, you're in for a treat. Choose from a variety of lodging options and experience everything the panhandle has to offer—dining, shopping, hiking, and local museums rich in history. The studio is minutes from historic Harpers Ferry, where the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers meet. This National Historical Park is famous for John Brown's raid, Civil War history, Appalachian Trail access, and stunning natural beauty—perfect for combining your creative retreat with outdoor adventures and historical exploration.

Application is open to experienced artists, 18 years old and older, and acceptance will be based on experience level, suitability and space availability.
