Try the Wheel: A One-Day Workshop, April 16th from 2:00pm - 4:30pm. $100 (price includes all materials, tools, firing fees, and instruction for 2.5 hours) Class Details: -Date: Wednesday, April 16th from 2:00pm - 4:30pm - Duration: 2.5 hours - Instructor: Jenna Wiles - Location: Washington Street Studios Pottery School In this engaging workshop, you will learn the basics of creating on the potter’s wheel. Our skilled instructor will teach you the fundamentals of throwing, shaping, and forming clay into beautiful pieces. By the end of the class, you’ll have crafted your very own unique pottery items. What You’ll Get: - Hands-on Instruction: Learn to throw on the wheel with expert guidance. - Personalized Pieces: Your creations will be trimmed and glazed in a color of your choice, ensuring you have permanent mementos of your experience. - Finished Products: After the firing and glazing process (about 3 - 4 weeks), your pieces will be ready for pickup. You’ll be notified of available pick-up times. Additional Information: - No Experience Necessary: This class is perfect for beginners! - Supplies Included: All materials and tools are provided. - Age Requirement: Open to ages 18 and up. -Event is BYOB/S! Feel free to bring drinks or snacks to share with your group or for yourself!
