Make a Ceramic Drink Tumbler! Wednesday, July 16th $75 *Includes all materials and firings to create a custom Ceramic Drink Tumbler! Instructor: Jenna Wiles Date: Wednesday, July 16th Time: 2:30 - 4:00pm Location: Washington Street Studios Pottery School Ever wanted to try your hand at pottery? This one-day workshop is the perfect introduction! Learn how to build with clay slabs to create your very own one-of-a-kind textured tumbler—a functional piece you’ll actually use and enjoy. This hands-on session will walk you through the slab-building process, from forming the basic structure to adding decorative textures and finishing details. We’ll also explore surface design techniques so you can personalize your tumbler and make it truly your own. Once completed, you’ll choose a glaze color from our studio’s glaze palette. Your finished piece will be glazed and fired by our team—ready for pickup in approximately four weeks. Whether you're a lover of handmade objects or just looking for a creative outlet, this workshop is a great way to dip into the world of ceramics while making something beautiful and functional to take home. No experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Open to ages 16 and up.
